About
Caryn Pace and Sara Sandler have been friends since meeting freshman year at the University of Wisconsin. Together, they forged successful careers in fashion, art, and marketing while balancing family, work, and life’s many transitions. Through it all, they discovered the transformative power of women united by a shared purpose.
As they reached a mid-life milestone, Caryn and Sara realized their greatest strength lies in perseverance, collaboration, and the trusted community they’ve built over the years. This insight led to the creation of the 10th Street Collective.
At 10th Street Collective, we believe in the incredible potential of women uplifting one another. Every experience—whether a triumph or a challenge—has shaped who we are today, equipping us with a diverse set of life skills. Our greatest joy comes from using those skills to help other women achieve their personal and professional goals, realizing their fullest potential—and in turn, our own.
The Collective hosts monthly in-person events and is comprised of accomplished creative professionals working across industries like fashion, fine arts, advertising, film production, marketing strategy, talent management, music management, event planning, and design.
